Our directions
Residential Direction
Cont de Arch designs and delivers private interiors where value is built on memory, continuity, and cultural context. We work with apartments and villas, drawing on family histories, personal collections, and the owner's lifestyle to ensure the space retains meaning and relevance over the long term.
Our expertise combines design, renovation, and curation: from concept and spatial planning to selection of materials, furniture, lighting, art, and objects. We pay close attention to how a home "lives"—supporting daily rituals, evolving with the family, and reflecting the owner's character.
Upon request, we extend our work beyond the project itself: we organize trips and visits to give clients the experience of choosing through the source. This provides access to unique places and shops, private workshops, manufacturers, and factories where you can see the process, get acquainted with materials and people, and understand origin and quality. This approach makes the selection of objects and solutions thoughtful and precise—with respect for provenance and long-term value.

Commercial Direction
We design commercial spaces where design functions as a tool for brand, service, and sales. At the core are guest and employee behavior scenarios, layout logic, managed experience at touchpoints, and sensorial hooks: light, materials, tactility, acoustics, scents, spatial rhythm, and visual accents that enhance memorability and increase engagement.
For offices, we start with understanding the team and processes: zoning, density, circulation, meeting and focus formats, flexibility for growth. For hospitality, we design the guest experience from entrance to rooms and common areas, including F&B, lobbies, corridors, SPA/fitness, making the space consistent and recognizable. For developers, we create showrooms and sales spaces: sales galleries, brand corners, mock-up zones, demonstration apartments, and presentation routes where the product reads quickly and convincingly.
